Hi, everyone I cannot seem to identify this bottle, found in 1800s dump in Philadelphia,PA. It has a Star on front of pic, is ribbed, tooled lip, lots of bubbles,clear, on the bottom has the letters C. GUL .Can anyone help me identify?

It could be a fire extinguisher bottle.
