M.F. Christensens showing various "9" styles. No two are the same. It's why I have so many.[:D]

Nice marbles! I do not collect marbles, but I can totally appreciate them. They have the same quality that I love most about bottles. Every single marble is unique in some way, and so are BIM bottles.

I have do have two questions for you about a marble if you don't mind me asking in you thread. A friend of mine dug one that was very very faint yellow almost clear with a sculpted bulldog inside, and sadly a very rough surface. What is the actual value. and rarity for a mint one in the real world?

Sounds like a Sulphide. Depends on the size and clarity of figure inside. Some figures are worth alot more than others too. Colored base Sulphides are alot rarer. Not sure how much yellow we are talking about. Is the surface just rough or all cratered up?

Another pic.

Brad when the figures in Sulphides are painted or the marble's pontil is faceted they are more valuable as well.
