I dug this 'book end ' flask several years ago. The neck is crooked and pushed down. It has a few serious cracks on the bottom and heavy staining. The reason why I am posting this 'nothing' flask is that I don't recognize the raised mark on the bottom. It is shaped like a pitchfork, the outside tines are like arms, the middle tine has an arrow tip. The seams stops at the bottom of the neck. I checked on the website glassbottlemarks.com but nothing. Does anyone have an idea what manufacture it could be? Thanks for looking.

I swear I've seen the trident before but I can't remember where. My best guess in Scottish from the form.

I saw a mark like that on the base of one of those British blown Christmas lights. Find someone who collects them and you might get an answer.

Thanks guys for your comments. Since we find bottles here from the British Isles and surrounding area I am not surprised it is from there.
I tried to send a picture of it to this website http://www.glassbottlemarks.com but I cannot find a place on the site to send an inquiry. If anyone can see what I can't please direct me to it.
