Maybe Zanesville Ohio, that is if it isn't a modern repro by Sturbridge village, or Colonial Williamsburg. I cant tell without holding it my hand, maybe someone else here can, but I wouldn't bet on it, not for sure anyway.......Andy

That rolled lip reminds me of the art glass for the masses that is coming in from the Middle East, maybe Israel. Looks like it should be old, but it's just too good. But, who can say for sure from images!

That appears to be a piece of art glass - too little wear for it to be very old - esp. the base. That's where you can find the most telling wear. It hasn't sat long anywhere so it could be as new as the 1970's. Nice piece anyhow.
