hi everyone, finaley got most of my marbles together to take a pic. also got a black light to see if any glowed. 2 did, i think that's neat. any thoughts welcome. thanks for looking, rhona

Nice collection Rhona! I have always liked marbles. I guess the two that glow are kind of like Vaseline glass?

Some nice marbles there[:)] Its not uncommon for marbles to glow but Its still neat[:D]

Outstanding Rhona, My wife is the marble collector in our family. She says all my marbles are cracked so I don't have to worry about them glowing.[sm=lol.gif]

hi cindy,wvahillbilly, roaddog and warren. thanks for looking and the information. any ideal when the vaseline glass slags date from? warren, that's terrible that your marbles are all cracked[:o]. rhona

Most of Akro's stuff dates from 1920 to 1950.
