View Full Version : 1720-1800? COGNAC SAMPLE BOTTLE?

Hi there, Have not used a forum befor ! I have a bottle that I am told was used to send Cognac samples to prospective buyers. It is 22cm long and I am told is free blown with a pontal mark on the bottom. I have phone a few people and searched the webb but cant find anything.....can any one shed some light on this item for me please??

I am not sure how to send you a pic of the bottle, I have 3 pics on digital camera?
Is there a quick easy way?

I recommend that you post a pic of the entire bottle; this could be anything.

Need more of the item pictured, but from what I see, this is not anywhere near the age you might think. It certainly is not from the 1700' s and I have doubts that it is from the 1800' s as well.
