Found this yester day and another good looking soda. I have know idea what this milk glass one was used for.
There is a 32 on the side and is says Bottle made in Germany on the bottom. The top of the neck is not broken off its original. what went on the top a cork or is this bottle part of some contraption.

It is a tooth powder bottle and I think it's German. Some are embossed "Odol". That top is how they are supposed to look. That is not damage.

Oops just noticed you said it's stamped Germany. So yeah, it's from Germany.

Here is the green soda. I have clear ones none green. I have dug 10 or more broken ones over the years.

I don't think they're worth a lot, but they are an interesting bottle. I have never owned one, but they were at one time thought to be a poison. You could check e-bay for completed listings.

With a label and cap they sell OK in the 30-40 range but what has the Portsmouth green soda have to do with it?

I know he opened a bottle works in 1905. Some of the stuff is older but it seams more of it is after 1900. I find what I call late throws frequently.
