The last time I went picking was July. Work has been so hectic, I haven't been since. I'm hoping I can go once more before the water gets too cold.

Mostly slicks and partials but I got a few good ones.

Whatever this is

I pulled another 50 or so slicks and some Buffalo China teacups and plates. One milk glass jar. I'm still recovering from an ear infection, but he minute I'm cleared to swim I'm going out for the whole day. My goal is to pull a total of 500 bottles this year. I'm a little over halfway there at 303, I think I can do it in 2 or 3 trips.

those bottles look pretty dirty although with the right cleaner the ones worth keeping might still clean up .

I pulled just over 100 bottles out of one spot on a major river here near some docks this summer but its too cold to swim here now , I haven't been in several weeks . its not surprising to find rivers with many bottles lying around , there is still a lot of stuff out there

I am still playing around with getting the grime off. I can get the outsides but the inside is too hard to get to with a bottle brush. I had limited success with oven cleaner but the really tough stuff barely took a dent. I think I'll have to bump up to something acidic and just live with my ACL bottles being dirty. The Charles does a number on glass,
