I picked this up last week through Facebook Market place. One of my biggest bottles of recent. I picked this up locally from a seller near me. Measures 16 inches high and 6.5 inches wide and is a gorgeous honey amber. At the base there is an embossing E.M.E. Co. So would you consider the bottle as a carboy or demijohn. And was the $15 I paid for it a good price?

Definitely a demijohn. Carboys are much larger, like water fountain bottles.

Thanks Sandchip ! I know it is a later bottle, the lip doesn't really indicate it is applied but more machined. I reposted today and included the base. But still think for $15 i got a good buy.
