I can't find anyone who knows the history of the Pifer and Yearick Crystal Spring Dairy located in Mill Hall, PA, or the value of this milk bottle. Any help will be appreciated as I am not into milkView attachment 212507View attachment 212508 collection but love this bottle.

The only thing I can tell you about milk bottles is that I think anyone who had a cow back then had a dairy business at some point because every town had a kind of ridiculous amount of choices for your dairy needs I think not having refrigerators may have something to do with it

Up to 1924 it was Pifer. Then Yearick joined them and it was Yearick/Pifer til 1926 when it became Yearick Brothers. The Pifer farm was across from where Dotterer equipment is currently located on Rt 64. The Yearick farm no longer has cows but still exists. It is located in Porter Township. The owner of the Yearick Dairy was my great-uncle. The information is from my dad (his nephew) now in his 80's. The rest of the story is that Yearick Brothers only existed for a short time. They had a parting of ways. One became Yearick Dairy of Mill Hall, PA. The other opened Yearick Dairy of Avis, PA.
