Peterborough, Ontario bottles

Here’s a couple 10oz acls from Peterborough Ontario.
First is Gordon’s Beverages
Second is The Pop Place by Trent Beverages.
Hadn’t seen these posted before so thought I’d share...

I've seen both those before , the Gordon's isn't really one I've seen much of . despite the fact it was one of Peterborough's larger bottlers

haven't really found a lot of peterboro bottles over the years but have a couple things i'll post tomorrow

also a couple bottlers listed that I've never seen bottles for so not sure if they used paper labels ? or why I haven't seen them yet

one of the main bottlers in Peterborough was Boorman's Beverages which also used the name " Peterborough Bottling Works " in the 30's

but I haven't seen many bottles from them , is a red and white acl bottle from 50's > 60's that I have and a plain clear embossed 6 oz bottle from the 30's that I've seen but don't have . but unsure what if any other marked bottles they used

" Boorman's of Peterboro " on front and bottled by Boorman's beverages ltd . Peterborough Ont - contents 10 fluid ounces on back

this is the only other Peterboro bottle that I have , got it a couple years ago it might be posted here somewhere ?

its for " Better Beverage co " a large 11 oz embossed bottle , does not say Peterborough on the bottle from 30's > early 40's era

The owner went by the Name of Max Rishor , is also listings for Rishor in Peterborough but never seen a bottle but could be one

there is also a green 30 oz quart for kawartha drinks / better beverages that I have a picture of and seen before

also have a picture of a " PJ Grady " soda water manufacture peterboro bottle , must of been on ebay a couple years ago and haven't seen any others since , is also a quart bottle from him too , both aqua colour , most likely other bottles from him , he operated in the 10's > 30's , over 20 years in that area

I have the 11 oz too and think it’s a great bottle design. Is that a fairly unique one or have you seen it used before with other bottlers?

the Better Beverage bottle seems to be a unique design at least for Canada , have no clue if it was used anywhere else though ?

there was also a bottler in peterboro called " David Knox " started around 1900's and lasted into the 20's but changed name several times so not exactly sure what bottles might be out there ?

this picture I found on google on worthpoint so had been for sale recently but I don't recall seeing it on ebay , there had also been a knox bottle on marketplace but pictures weren't that great , think it has a lion embossed on it

there is also a quart bottle I had a picture of and considering the fact they operated so long likely some other bottles

Really like this one. Always liked the embossed bottles with animals on them. I think I have another one or two with lions. May have to post those here too...
