So just wondering what everybody's favorite insulator they own is?
I have a couple that I have found in the past year that are now my 2 favorite pieces in my collection.
The green one was found by my wife as she turned and looked at me and said "Here is a green one!" I was pretty thrilled as it is the only green in my collection. Somebody had made it into a candle holder and hot glued a metal piece to it. I took it off and cleaned it up.
Also the pleated skirt was something I had never seen before and it was sitting at an antique store looking like it needed a new home.
Fortunately they were only a couple of bucks a piece.

Only known 104 embossing error (period after NEW) from Ashuelot River RR Winchester NH, Pennycuick 126 (pronounced pennycook) from B&M Orange MA, crude crown embossed AM Toll 121 from Northwestern MA

Not the most expensive I have by a long shot, but these go along with Uncle Bruce's philosophy

My favorites that I own would have to be my CD257 "Mickeys", my CD102 Diamonds, and my battery rest insulator

Those were mainly used back in the 30s and 40s for ham radios. Not a radio enthusiast, just an insulator collector
