Sump'n different..Antique Coleman gas lamp.

I used to be pretty big on the Coleman collecting, been a while since I've bought any lanterns or lamps, actually I've been selling off a lot of my former collection, I noticed this CQ lamp about three weeks ago at an antique store, wanted to buy it then, but the seller wouldn't go any lower on his set price, today he had a change of heart and gave me a good deal on it, it cleaned up very well for being 100 years old....before and after cleaning it up.

Very pretty. Do you have the primer for it, though? The priming device looks like a mini bike pump.

Yes, actually a couple of them as I still own several other lamps and lanterns that require one. Also, they're air pumps to pump air pressure into the fount (fuel tank) and don't really prime the lamp only pressurize the tank.

I've noticed you have what looks like a gum turpentine behind it! I just recently dug one of these up actually

Yep, that one came from a large dump just down the road from me as did the Sohio Hy-Cyl bottles, I have about 8 or 9 more of those to clean yet.
