I remember having the radio guy. Funny because he always died in every war we had. It was inevitable. Lol!I had the bazooka guy as a kid. I’m so old.
My brother and I would get bags of those WWII troops and have wars for hours. When we got older, we would put them on sticks and light them on fire then drip the burning melted plastic on fire ant beds! No we did not become psychopaths or torture pets, just hated fire ants.I remember having the radio guy. Funny because he always died in every war we had. It was inevitable. Lol!

We had a huge stump in the back with carpenter ants. The model planes we used to melt as we ran around the yard with this flaming plastic plane. We were in our glory. I never forgot the sound of the burning plastic dripping to the ground, Vrip, Vrip,Vrip. I burned my hand with a drop and I still have the scar over 45 years later. I still remember I was in mid loop to loop when it happened. Lol!My brother and I would get bags of those WWII troops and have wars for hours. we used to make them in college, called them "zip bags" but for a definitely different purpose than fire bombing antsI never forgot the sound of the burning plastic dripping to the ground, Vrip, Vrip,Vrip.
