Got this for free because it was broken and I'm not sure about the date I assume 1925 but I'm a bit new to collecting. If anyone can help me identify the date that would be awesome.

Hi SoukaXO, I see your closeup of the Illinois-Pacific Glass Corporation glass manufacturer mark. You can see another photograph of this mark on the Glass Bottle Marks website (Page Three) under "IPG". The website says the Illinois-Pacific Glass Corporation operated approximately 1925 - 1932.

This information indicates that your bottle was made sometime during this period.

I only have 6 soda bottles made by Illinois-Pacific. It looks like they used different kinds of date codes. I see a "30" on the lip of your bottle, which could indicate 1930 as either the date the bottle was made, or the date the bottle's mold was made.

On the underneath side of your bottle is the date (1925) of the design patent for this bottle design used by Nehi, not the bottle manufacturing date. Nehi might've started getting these bottles made in 1925, but my opinion is that your bottle was made in 1930.

These Nehi bottles are extremely common, but I believe that ones made by Illinois-Pacific are comparatively rare.
