I just got this Great Bear Spring water bottle. From Fulton N.Y. it is a nicely embossed, hand-blown in a mold, tooled top, 5 gallon glass bottle. I don't usually go for the 5 gallon bottle but this one was priced to go. I couldn't resist. It came in a crate but it is from Rock Spring water co. West Orange, N.J. which at a time was hailed as being able to cure any disease. Hope you like, I posted info on both companies.

Cool! I bet I go to sleep having speech central (best app!) read that article to me …. Looks like the kind of thing I’ll love learning about. The history of this stuff is my favorite part of it all. Nice bottle, too!

Mine also. Some of the so called worthless bottles have such rich history. Go figure.
