Here are some more designs pertaining to driving carefully. The three with maroon pyro are all from the Ira Wilson Dairy in Detroit.

There have been many milk bottle images that featured public service announcements about driving carefully to protect the children. Here are a few from the 1940s.
Where is the blue "have no regrets" in the 2nd pic from?

That bottle is from the Model Dairy in Ogden, Utah.
It matches the red one I posted from a dairy in Galveston. Is that fairly typical? I guess the bottle manufacturer had a set of designs to choose from and the designs ended up sprinkled across the country?

Yes, that's correct. Most pyro designs were stock designs that the dairy owners picked out of a catalog from the bottle maker. A small minority of designs were custom drawn, often with a picture of the dairy building. Here's a page from an Owens-Illinois catalog.
