I've noticed the exceptional condition of a number of the bottles you have posted. That is why I was curious if you were recovering them from underwater.
I only post the pretty ones! . I have dozens in my garage that have a “ocean tumbled” look!

Great find on the Cuban Coke! I don't think I've ever seen a hobbleskirt with a country embossed on the base instead of a city. I'd be quite interested in seeing what else you've found as well.

That "CUBA" caught my notice too. Though not a Coke bottle collector, I'd be interested in knowing if any other Caribbean, or even Pacific, island locales are embossed on Coke bases--are there Bermuda or Guam Cokes out there?

There's an Agana, Guam one out there (or pieces are anyway, I don't think any are known to have survived). https://www.antique-bottles.net/threads/agana-guam-hobbleskirt-coke.572712/ I don't remember ever seeing another from outside of the US though (although Cuba of that era was about as close to being under US control as you can get while remaining a separate country). It's interesting that Cuba got a marked Coke bottle while Canada never had marked hobbleskirts. I've never been sure why we didn't - it definitely makes ours less interesting to collect.

I found this beauty yesterday, July 4, bottle hunting in GTMO.

I think it says “Medicinal Solutions of Cyrozone 3% H2 O2, Nessou Thobbins, New York”.

Perhaps an old hydrogen peroxide bottle? I tried to research it with what I THINK it says, but I believe I’m reading it wrong.

I was so excited to find it!

All help is appreciated!

Who would have guessed Agana Guam had coke bottles! Interesting coincidence is I’m from Guam! Not only was I born there, my father is Chamorro and learned English from the missionaries as a young boy. I can’t wait to show my sister the Guam Coke bottle. She just left GTMO after a 2 week visit here and many successful bottle hunting days with me. Hafa Adai!

Shellbay,
I had an Aunt and Uncle stationed there. They were Navy medical. He a doc and she a nurse. They had fond memories of Guam. Except when somebody got hurt going into the closed off WWII battlefield section(s). Anyway, I'm glad you + Sis had a great visit. :)

Hi Shellbay,

Good to see you're still active + finding the nice bottles. Was there a lot of barnacles on this one? Btw, McKesson was a successful company with various bottled products. They had a good sized branch in Bridgeport, CT as well.

... I think we'll all be just a little sad when your posting on Cuba ends. Meanwhile, have an excellent time and stay out of trouble.
There were no barnacles on this one. It was so clean. I believe it lived most of its life buried in the sand! So funny, I’m on this site researching some bottles I found today, and noticed I found this one last 4th of July. :)
