I took Mr Cure Ryan out to a old River Dump I found like 10 Years ago. I dug a ton of nice Bottles out of this dump 5-10 years ago. Posted those Finds in here Years ago. haven't been back there in 5 Years. Back then was easy Pickings, like taking Candy from a Baby, Bottles popping out everywhere. TODAY, it was not so easy. Lots of Digging & not much for Bottles. I did get a Pic of Ryan Holding a PH Kling Detroit Beer Bottle. He then Dug a nice Koppitz Melchers Quart Blob Tob Top Beer Bottle from Detroit. Forgot to get a Pic of that one. He left with probably 15 Bottles with Koppitz being the best one. LEON.

He just got there when he found that Kling, If I remember right I think that Kling was laying near the water on top of the ground. I've came back to this spot after a Hard rain/Flood to find Bottles washed out sitting in the open. Once got a 7oz. D.C. Funke crown top just laying there in the water. That Dump actually goes out into the River, I used to dig on a little peninsula in that River but it's now under Water. His knees are Dirty. Anyways I can vouch he was there because I was there. My Buddy Tom never gets dirty either, he sits on some pad to keep his butt clean. When I leave I'm all full of Dirt. LEON.

I don't know if that's even possible I've tried everything from sitting on pizza boxes the plastic to chairs the logs I come out of there people scaring people

@Newtothiss Well when you're 6' 5" some workable holes only go up to your hips haha

On the flip side, tall people have to dig wider than the average person due to lanky limbs. Sometimes it's not all about leverage.

@Mailman1960, dont get me started on woods, mountains, or creeks. I have a perpetual chigger colony growing on my body from all the forest walks this year.

@hemihampton I believe the kling was from a hole you were working on (or at least it was after our first couple dig spots) and I remember being almost upside down in the hole since I couldn't fit width wise lol. There were a few intact surface finds with some embossing during our trip but nothing exceptional. It seems like the best stuff is still waiting for you another day under the surface

I go through so many wife beaters just looking at dirt/mud wrong, and every white tee is now a gun rag.
