Only 62! :) --You still have a lot of good miles left. Each add on requires just a little bit more prep before going into the field. You're an inspirational example to the young pups in our bottle community. (Just hang on to those toes.);) --CONGRATS + HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Thanks
Yeah, it helps to have toes delivering mail. Ten miles a day.

What, they didn't give you a truck? ..May the time left as a federal govt. employee go swiftly (and safely) for you. Then its "Bottles Beware!":D
--Fellow Scorpion ("We don't need no stinking waders. We hitch a free ride on others to get us across higher waters.") ;)

Got me a brand spanking new truck. But it's called Park and loop, you fill up your bag deliver the mail fill up your bag deliver the mail move to the next spot, fill up your bag bail. Do that 17×s, since I'm the old man take a couple naps. I think you get it.

De Joy didn't give U a propane or an electric? ..(I used to be a Mopar guy.--I had two Dodge Darts back in the'60s and a '73 Dodge Charger.)... Your route makes me dizzy. I'm in the suburbs. The carriers here all drive in straight lines, pretty much in one large circle on the way back to the P.O. Did everybody pretty much get new trucks? At least they should take you to your final route without much of a problem. (Ever rendezvous with other carriers for lunch? ;) ) Like that pic of Putin pointing to the fuel gauge. Hang in there.

Biden, Putin pretty much the same.
I'm in the suburbs, just early 1870 suburbs. I was the last one to get a new one, didn't want it. The old one was great, it was a little step out. Getting in and out of this 30 times a day just means knee surgery quicker, already had one done. I don't mind working, as long as I'm moving forward not much they can do. Although I run circles around most of this younger generation. They usually quit after a week,or are just waiting to find a way to get workmen's compensation. It's sad.

Few lifers in the young polliwog generation. Most things are a stepping stone to them. If not that they're happy in their momma's basement...
At least you're driving amongst old houses with a lot of bottle possibilities on the properties. I love those old houses. Are the streets a little narrower (if unchanged)? Thanks. --Len

Just a little, just about everything I post is with in two blocks, either river or dug.

Cool. I remember being in Springfield, Mass. The pavement would occasionally break away revealing the cobblestone layer fully intact, underneath from Colonial times. ..This year Derby, CT paved over their last cobblestone street. It was somewhat controversial..
