never actually had any bottles from Port Perry before its a small town north of Oshawa Ontario on lake scugog . not sure how big it would of been when the bottle used in the 1920's .

Thomas Cook appears to have been a bottler there for some time , although this bottle with Thos Cook & son was only used in the 1920's according to book 1923-27 and he seems to have disappeared by the 30's .

found it at an antique mall in south western ontario far from port perry area , bottle itself is a contents 7 oz bottle with no markings other than " Thos Cook & son bottler Port Perry Ont " embossing on front

Hello;

This is my great great great grandfather’s bottling company. I’d love to know if you have more and if I can buy them, the Thomas Cook name is still used today (myself and my grandfather share the name).

Thank you!

Do you know the history of the company? Do you have any pictures or memorabilia you can share? I'd love to see what you have.

Hi there,

I know that Thomas Cook 1st started it, his son, Clarence (my great great grandfather) would have worked with him at some point. Other sons Roy, William and Charles likely worked with him as well.

No pictures of anything from that time, we don’t even have any of my great grandfather (who passed in the 80s). My grandfather (Thomas Cook 3rd) told me that his grandfather (Clarence) had these bottles all over his basement and was one of the few things he had from his dad at the time (this would have been a long time ago mind you)..
