In doing some repairs in our old commercial building we found a small room full of empty mostly old liquor bottles / some beer / soda / port ones. I've only looked at a few dozen of them. Seem to be from 1910-1950 . About half still have labels. I don't just want to shovel them out , but I'm not a collector either. What should I do?

Maybe post an ad on your local Craigslist. Or Facebook Marketplace.

But probably you should do a bit of research first and try to find out if some, or most (or all) have some value -probably many of them are collectible especially if they are Pre-Prohibition and have decent labels still attached. Just DON'T throw them away!!

The ones with federal law prohibits resale or reuse of this bottle embossed on them mean they are post prohibition from 1935 to 1964 if that helps date some of the liquor bottles. Are there any medicine bottles in cache if so post images.

So far I found some old Schlitz beer cans.
Very Interesting, But very common. All Schlitz are dated, if you look at the brewing info in back along seam you'll see a date, most likely 1946 or 49 or 54. Curious if sez brewed in Milwaukee since they also brewed in Brooklyn, L.A. ect., ect. That looks like a 1949 can is my guess. LEON.
