This bottle has a hand tooled top. Dominick O. Cunningham Glass Company existed from 1880 to 1931. D.O.C. was the only mark they ever used on bottles. Independent Brewing Co. of Pittsburgh operated in Pittsburgh from 1904 to 1920. This bottle does not have the ounces embossed on it, therefore it was made before September 3, 1914 when the Gould Amendment to the Food and Drug Act went into effect.
