Hello, came across another puzzling bottle. This one is embossed CASSEBEER NEW YORK The bottle is the size of my old beer bottles, with a rusted swing top and porcelain cap. New digger, need help IDing a flask
Thank you for that information, nice to be able to get an approx. date. We've been able to date some of the other bottles found during this dig at around the same time frame...very late 19th c thru early 20th.
