    I would put them in olive oil. At this point, unless the coins were rare, they are not worth anything anyhow. I would like to see the 16th century coin though! PM me for any other help.

    Let me clarify, I did not realize that the use of numbers on that bottom of the bottles were used that early. And yes it is a tooled lip.

    Help with a couple of old sodas....

    Thanks in advance for any help with the identification of a few sodas, at least that is what I think that they are. The first one is a squat by C(G) Mervine & Co. It is green/blue in color. The second is a pony with an A on one side and an J on the other.

    1860's coins in the creek! (at the hillbilly dump)

    The 1/4 real is pretty common in that grade, but it is still a really nice find! It is worth $3-$5 in that condition.
