Green blown cup help

I found this in an old house and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it such as it's age, where it came from? is it a good piece? It measures 4 1/2" tall x 3" in diameter. It has a pontil mark and swirl marks in the glass. It is very thick. Heres a link to the pics. Thanks...
