Awesome bottles once again. You're gonna have quite a collection just from that one dump. Manchester sure did make quite a few bottles. Different types too. What's the ornate clear whisky on the right side? Square one. Robert

Saw the last name Cain. Just out of curiosity, your hubby ever live in Germany? Knew brothers in Munich with that last name that I went to high school with Joe and Steve(bad memory, but I know Joe is right), and you never know if you don't ask. Probably not, but I have been lucky a few times...

Very nice bottle and welcome to the forum. I haven't seen that one before. Bottles with pics. on them are always cool. I checked 3 diff. Kovel's books, which it is not listed. My other books are out in the shed or I would look in those too. From the bottom mark, I would date it in the late...

I went diging for a two hours

Nice finds Frank. Vet bottle is nice as well as the Mulford. That dump is definitely yielding some keepers. Thought about doing some digging lately, just too little time. Taking my boys fishing today. Hopefully the catfish are biting. Have a happy 4th! Robert

DIGGING VIDEO FROM THE WEEKEND!

I figure I would try again since nobody really jumped to help me out. Boy I sure would like to watch those digging videos. I downloaded the flash8 on the website. It showed up on my desktop. When I click on it, it say's can't find directory. Plugins directory not found. If someone could help me...

Friday - An absolute heartbreaker, but I'll make do

Sweet dig!!! Never dug a whole candy container before. Those brass and copper frames are fun to find. I have found lots of those. Some are very ornate. Found one Friday that had the stick pin still attached. The slugplate still looks good even after a glue job. Keep digging that dump. Probably...

To all who reads this: When I started posting, I really wasn't into sifting much. After watching my digging comrades find coin after coin, token after token, ring after ring, and so forth. I just couldn't take it any more. Yes, it is time consuming, but it does pay off. But being a detectorist...

Hey Yooper, that is only the second eye I have found. Who know's how many I have thrown behind me. You find a smorgasbourg in your dump also. I really enjoyed the figural. Pretty awesome I must say.

Madpaddla, you've become quite the bottle digger and it shows. Your finds are getting better and better, and before long, you will blowing us away with your sweet pontil finds. I just know it. I've had this crazy bug for 18yrs. now. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about bottles...
