I found this at a antique mall today and was wondering if this is an error. It appears that the ' MASON' has shifted to the left below the perfect. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before? Thanks
I filled the bottle up with water and poured it out into a newer wine bottle, and it filled it up to where the wine would have came up. So its probably a wine bottle? Thanks for the help.

I think its called a wheat stone. Basically, it is used to sharpen knifes. I' ve seen these at many auctions and have a few. Here is an auction up on Ebay for something like it.

I am new to bottle collecting and was wondering if this is a pontil. From my understanding is with a pontil there can' t be any lettering on the bottom, but I am wondering why there is a round mark on the bottom. If its not a pontil mark then what is it? Thanks
