    Ball Ideal food jar with backwards date..

    Hi, I have a Ball Ideal jar pat'D July 14, 1908, aqua in color # 6 on the bottom or 9....The thing is the 9 in 1908 is embossed backwards...Is there any value for misprints....Is this a known mistake for this bottle? Thanks, Crystal....

    The older of my two bottles is a lot different than yours, John is spelled out, not JNO. Liq. Ext.malt is not on my bottle, and the shape of mine is wider bellow the neck, the color is a lot darker than yours........Thanks for the info.......Crystal...
