    Milk Glass-but what is it??

    I bought two antique perfume bottles with glass-stoppers. I mixed up the stoppers and put the wrong one in one of them and now it is stuck. Any suggestions on how to remove it. I don't want to pull too hard on it because I'm afraid of cracking or worse breaking the bottle. Thank You

    Not everyone can lay down a fifty dollar bill at those shows. I've gone many times with only a $20 bill in my pocket and still find amazing deals. Sometimes I go just to network with other collectors.

    Huge dump but can't dig

    It wouldn't hurt to ask if you can dig there. Assure them you will clean up the broken surface glass so no hikers will get hurt and sue your state. You never know.

    I agree with the members who said it may have to do with the machining process of the bottle. Assuming that it was made after the 1920s when bottles began to be made by machines. Have you looked into the glass company "Owens" to find out what type of bottles they made? That may help to know what...
