    Black glass ?

    I have similar bottles, identified as ale, dove them, the sand type pontil mark may be British and the 3 piece mold is like 1870 plus. The pics attached are for a bottle estimated at 1820 ish, note the pontil scar on it There is a FB page called Black Glass Bottles who are helpful at this.
