    WHAT KIND OF FLASK IS THIS??

    Roadtoad, That is certainly a most iinteresting flask you have acquired. The crude applied lip would definitely make your flask quite old. You should be able to find out much information here. Nice pictures...details came out great. Awesome find.

    Kent Ohio, thank you for your reply. How do you explain the air bubbles and applied top, as I was under the impression that bubbles and applied tops had been eliminated long before 1940.
