Is this 1930's California Pepsi label the real deal?
It is simply too white too perfect...look at the yellow colouring on that Oakland bottle. The same seller had a few tin signs...pepsi and hires approx 9 x 24 inch that he had $225 on. Is this 1930's California Pepsi label the real deal?
What say the Pepsi Guys...?I suspect this label is just a new reproduction glued on an old bottle. When you look thru the back at the label there is no dark glue lines on the outside edges of the main label, just looks nice and clean throughout. The glass is rough all over its got many...- Fleetbag

Thorndike Paper label
I was looking for some idea of age and value of this bottle. I don't why I didn't take a pic of the entire bottle showing the lip, I wasn't thinking about posting it hear when I took the pictures. It is an early lip and not machine made? It is not blob top.... Thanks Much...- Fleetbag

Northern Ontario ACL Additions Including Tough Lake of Bays Beverages Huntsville
I like the History as well, but sadly very little of any history available. I find that frustrating as for some bottlers I would like to know more. Keep looking up there maybe you will eventually find a good one. For sure there is a case of them sitting in a out building on someones lake side...- Fleetbag

found an Appia Beverages ltd 30 oz bottle
I have seen this 30 oz bottle in clear and green many times in southern ontario antique malls.Very common, plain Jane bottle. Have not seen a 6.5, 7, 10 or 12 oz version?- Fleetbag

Thanks for digging that out. That is excellent results. I can't believe how bright the white is in that larger bottle.From now on I will not automatically pass over a stained bottle when I know it could possible be saved. 3M has a product called Finesse It.Polishing compound used for finessing small dirt particles that sit on top of a full gloss clear coat.
