Help with JH Mcleans Volcanic oil liniment

Help identifying 2 unusual bottles

I have one rectangular Green bottle with an unusual large oval mouth. Bottom reads "Fitch" in cursive letters. Second one is a small clear oval bottle with a rounded bottom so it lays flat on its side. Threaded lip and no markings. Thanks for the help! :)

Ha! that is very interesting. Thanks for the info. I've been searching around like crazy and out of all the D.Jaynes bottles haven't found 1 like this one yet.

Can anyone identify this D.JAYNE.USA BOTTLE? Please and thank you!!
