I cannot figure out what kind of soda pop bottle this is. Can someone please help me? It looks like it’s in English and another language also.

Hi- From what I can make out from the few letters, I believe the language is Hebrew. But since I am not literate in Hebrew, I must leave it to others more familiar with the language to reply if my guess is correct.

Paper labels on round bottom ginger ale bottles

Hello all, Ginger Ale collector (aka Ken) here. Recently we had an interesting thread on the "Before 1900, what is it?" forum. It is about a identifying a round bottom bottle from just a few remnants of the label. https://www.antique-bottles.net/threads/blob-top-bottle-partial-label.699924/ In...

    Blob-top bottle partial-label

Hi CanadianBottles, you are right, there are not many intact examples of labels on round bottom bottles. The labels either deteriorated or were washed off to reuse the bottle. When I get a chance, I will get some pics of the ones in my collection and post them. Thanks for your kind remarks. Ken P.

    Blob-top bottle partial-label

Hi Hank, you're welcome. Thanks for posting the "puzzle." It was fun to do, and frankly, when I started on it, I doubted it would be possible to come up with anything at all. Determination and quite a bit of luck helps. Ken P.

    Blob-top bottle partial-label

Hello all, Ginger ale Collector here. I was intrigued by Hladnopivo’s (Hank) partial label on a round bottom bottle. Somehow the traces of the label were familiar to me. So, with a little detective work and browsing my collection of round bottom ginger ales, we might have a pretty good...

Hello from the Ginger Ale Collector- need help contacting a member about a ginger ale

Hey judu4- thanks for replying! Never knew where it was from. I am interested, but of course it depends on what "just a bit of damage" means. . . :-). And the real important part is how strong and clean the embossing is. Let me know, either here or in a private message. Thanks. Ken.
