    Duffy's Malt question

Duffy's Malt must be about the most common bottle listed on Ebay. Why is it so popular and (I guess) keeps selling? Usually listed @ 2.00 to 9.99. Just curious.

    Sun Colored Amethyst questions

Follow up to SCA questions. I decided to try the sun rather than UV light methods. After 4 months in a tinfoil-lined cardboard box exposed to all the sun we can get in western Oregon from April thru July, a Bonney Bros. whiskey bottle that was absolutely clear is now a good medium amethyst...

    Bottle manufacturer identification

    Udolpho Wolfe

Have renewed my interest in bottles (after 40 years) and have noticed a lot of interest in Udolpho Wolfe bottles. Could someone give me just a few words of history on this Co.? Also, are there reproductions of these Wolfe bottles to be aware of? Thanks very much. Graydigger

    Case gin bottle mold

What type of mold would have been used for typical case bottle: square, heavy taper from shoulder to base, finely embossed striations on side panels, and apparent mold line on shoulder to base of applied top. Thanks

    Kellogg and Ford

Does anybody recognize that name? Had a quart round lt. amber embossed Kellogg and Ford Yakima, Wa. My son has it now, so can't get picture. Don't run across that name. Thanks
