    Hello, It is heavy and thick glass, weighing 21.2 oz. It looks like the foot/stand was applied. I believe it some sort of whimsy paperweight due to the size of the foot/stand. Thanks for the help everyone. I took a few more pictures yesterday but not sure if they are of in any help...
