    This is my very favorite find of all. I don't know what made me start digging in the root of an old dug up tree but that's where this one was found. It's aqua and it was in a very tight spot between roots.

    I can't help you with what it is, but it reminds me of one I dug up yesterday. The seam stops at the neck and the cork topper is glass. The cork won't come out of mine.

    I just found this site about the Tabloid bottle. I thought it was interesting. The term Tabloid was created by combining the words "tablet" and "alkaloid. http://www.wellcome.ac.uk/en/medicineman/timeline2.html Here's an old Clorox bottle. I think it's from the late 20s.

    Here's a picture of some of the other things I found today. One of the medicine bottles says "pour here" with an arrow to the cap! [:D] The other had that brown stuff in it. The other one is probably cologne, because it has a really small opening.

    I'll look for that book, too. Thanks! I have given some of the medicine bottles to the pharmacist in town to display. He already had a few. The only one I had with the drugstore name on it was that little Rexall bottle which has something clear in it. Could be water. I found a few things...

    I tried to send a picture of the whole collection but it said the file is too big. Is there a way to attach more than one pic at a time? I have found about 100 bottles. Here is another I'm interested in the history. It says Cal-So-Dent.
