    Hi Lindy! Kindof late in responding to this. I, too got involved in the burial grounds and the search for bottles when I was young. Like 15 or 16. Still enjoy it. Walking fields is easy and relaxing while finding beads and arrowheads. We had the Wintu indians. Dont know if i spelled that...

    Thats what I do. Walk up and down the rows of a field and find beads and still some arrowheads. Sometimes I find round rocks with holes in the middle. Think it was used as weights for fishing?

    Like your bottle.... Know anything about theses? The bigger one I know, but the smaller one has Luyell's Perfume(i think) written across it. Bout 3" and it had a cork. Ignore my pic of the scale. Couldnt delete it easily so I said forget it! lol

    So hot, almost too hot to dig!

    Im waiting for the sun to get lower, way too hot rite now, 110, then go to my new dig. might not cool down at all. We shall see....
