Jack Daniels collector New to the site !!

The first picture is one I took at the distillery of the other Maxwell House on display. Notice the big chip on the lip if the decanter . right under the stopper. The second is of an old ad for Jack Daniels and there are only four ads that I ever found with that same decanter.

Jack Daniels collector New to the site !!

Thanks for the welcome My oldest and most prized possession is an original 1907 Maxwell House decanter One of only two known to exist. Designed and commissioned by Lem Motlow . This was his personal decanter. The other is on display in Lynchburg at the jack Daniels distillery.

Jack Daniels Flask BIG $$$$

I see this post is pretty old but I found one just like it several years ago and sold it for $2650 to a collector in Lynchburg .. Very rare bottle and only about 5 known to exist.. Been a JD collector for over 50 years .

That is a nice bottle from the late 1800's.. Gunther brothers were distributers for Jack Daniel's. There were 3 different styles. Pretty rare !!
