Can anyone tell me anything about these flask bases? FULL PINT and ONE PINT

Does anyone have any idea of what this may be?
I found this from a site dating from 1891-1915 and I was curious to know if anyone has any idea of what it may be? It reminds me of a glass target ball.- mikebottle97

Can anyone tell me anything about this maker mark?
Hello, I am an archaeologist working on a saloon project that dates from 1890-1915. One of the bases we recovered has what appears to be two figures with hats and canes leaning against a square (possibly a crest?) that has some detail on the interior topped by a crown (See attached photo).
