Nothing like the peace and quiet of a rural farm dump

Very nice inkys. Did you paint them? I have painted and decorated many of the "non-keepers" that we have dug. I give them away. Lots of my friends wifes really love them to put on a window or in a bathroom. I oil paint on canvas so this is kind of a fun mix and match hobby to go along with my...

Ok this may be off the topic but thought I'd share it. DF and I did some digging last week. I started a new side hobby with bottles. Here is a pic of one of my decorated bottles.

I will finally go out tomorrow and try my new toy out!

Good luck out there. Detecting is a ton of fun. You can locate old bottle dumps with a detector too.

Finally.....hit a pontiled paradise!!!

Way to go! I remember you saying that you may go back there even though you thought you dug it all out. Persistence pays off sometimes. Great haul and good scouting!

Trail Dump??

Looks like a perfume but still a great looking bottle. It seems to have a neck that would accept a ground glass stopper too. Nice finds.
