    Advice for first permission dig? 1760 home site

    New to this forum but understood your question to more about the legal aspect? In the past I would use a written paragraph that said "I ______ have permission from 'owners name" to be on property at 'address' for 'add reason". Agree not to hold owners responsible for any issues or accidents...
