easy finds
bottom it out and dig foward slow with a hoe with the handle cut of to like one foot.... flat edge of hoe is better then a three or four prong until you get the hang of it.....nice finds....- portland med. man

they are not to common, they make a square one i have in the same color not sure what they had in the bottles, but i do know they had a huge part in insulating wraps that went on water pipes that were held together bye brass colored pipe clamps these wraps probably killed alot of people who...- portland med. man

Odd Stuff?
my friend once dug a bakelite buttplug at a huge hospital dump that we dug for 3 years and was like 6 feet deep he sold it on ebay for 54 dollars, had to be 30, 000 bottles in that dump most unembossed but alot of odd and good stuff came out of that dump, had to stop diggin it cause we were...- portland med. man

Dug 21 bitters today
nice finds ..... the blue bottle you found is called a seeing eye bottle i belive and , i think it is a eye wash bottle , my friend found one in maine and they are fairly uncommon up these parts, i think he sold it in the 70 range but that was 7 years or so ago.....- portland med. man

one of the two flasks i found in a gully next to a river, this place had 3 or four stoddard flasks , travelers comp, and tons of sick crap in it but all was broken did manage a few nice bottles, including the quart size and this half lg flasks...- portland med. man
