You know nothing, Jon Snow ( That’s me)

So I came across this bottle today. There are no identifying marks except the bottom which reads, “ Old Setter” than a “2” at the bottom. Probably not worth much, but wanted to pick your brains. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Shoot, I've just been using vinegar, salt, and dish soap. No wonder I'm not seeing much results. What do you use on the outside of the bottle? To give it a little shine? Mine are so grungy on the outside as well.
