A good haul!

Catca16. Are you new to digging or new to posting. If you are new to digging, you are coming up with some awesome finds. The 'Wil Del' I believe stands for Wilmington, Delaware. Keep up the good work-I love your posts-although I am a little jealous.

Is this too much for a “for sale” picture?

I agree with ROBBY. I have sold a lot on line and I have a tall box and cover it with a sheet, the color depends on the color of your item, and then take a picture of just your item, or items in the case of a group. That way the prospective buyer can see your item without the background clutter...

Today’s haul

Sandchip, what time frame would you date the amethyst bottles. I always thought they dated from late 1890's to the early 1900's.. Would some of them have been later than that. I agree, they are a much darker color than you would normally get out of a domp. Catcat16, you keep up the good...

I would give anything to stumble onto a find like that. I'd be like a kid in a candy store!! Keep posting your finds-we all can enjoy it with you-kind of. I hope this will create an interest in you for our past. These finds can be addicting.
