Glass-footed apothecary phial found on Australian beach?
Awesome thanks for your input, that does sound quite likely, especially if a lipping tool was used. A part of me wants it to be much older but I guess there's no way of ever knowing. I'm gunna hoard it so i'll go on telling myself it's off some early explorer ship and pre-dates Australia's...- SCIENCE

Glass-footed apothecary phial found on Australian beach?
Hi, I found this on the beach after very large swells, just laying on the sand, no digging required. It was a significant swell event causing lots of erosion and damage. The site (Newcastle, NSW) has many shipwrecks offshore, from memory as early as 1793. Could it really be something old? or...- SCIENCE
