If you look at the trade ads I posted a couple pages back, the July 1952 ad is the first to list 1015 S Washington St, Peoria IL as the address for the "O-So Grape Company". Before that it was 1931 W 3rd St, Chicago- shadeone

Not related to conover, but this 1965 trademark renewal shows that they eventually changed the corporate name from the o-so grape company to bubble up corporation: https://pluto.wyo.gov/awweb/awarchive?type=file&item=11176615 Has some date details in it too... I don't think you are ever going to find "Frostie" being advertised / in phone books as being bottled in 1943. It was still just "Old Fashion" in commercial production at that time.
