    Oh that's weird ... Psychic I guess because it's dated June 8. Maybe I misread the article? The paper is so delicate I'm afraid to try to unroll it for a second look. I'm looking for someone to restore it and will post an update when I get the facts.

    Light through the neck, check. Still looks like B B 9. Lit up it's got a few bubbles around the body. BTW, thanks for your help and input. I'm new to bottles and have lots to learn.

    This bottle has seams up both sides of the body that end at the collar, and what I assume is a pontil mark with 3 points surrounding a center point in the center of the base.     I want to think that this is an older bottle due to its color, lack of visible seems, and the irregular thickness of the base, however it has a threaded top and embossing on the base. Is it just brown glass? TIA
