I went to pick up a fishing license today and noticed the antique store next door was open do I decided to stop by there. As I was walking through this guy caught my eye. My first thought was another CD 145. Then looking closer I noticed a star on each side and a pointed top. I hadn't seen one like it before so I got it. I didn't realize the difference between a CD 145 and CD 145.2 plus it was only $2.

It needed a friend so I got this guy for $2 as well. Plus I did not have one of these either.

Yea those 145.2s have more of a bullet shape than a beehive shape. Clear one looks like a CD162

I have a question on the on the CD 162. I saw this one a while back. It has a tint to it. Is that a good variation or is it common?

Common, these Hemingrays come in several colors that can be worth several hundred dollars or more in mint condition

A Hemingray-19 with round drips turns up in various tints of green, aqua, ice blue. None of them are particularly valuable in collector terms.

The 145.2 is a recent re-assignment and was a 145 for many years, usually called a pointed dome Star if someone wanted to distinguish it.
